Check this out.In mY country there are already who collect console from the first release of game console which I believe the first is ATARI console..until the brand new one whic is PS3 and also they collect the games (cd/dvd/casette and in others. form) for each console too.

Fixing PS2 Console

Last week I decided to fix my PS2 console because it did not work well anymore in fact the disc did not load. So I brought the machine to the PS2 store which is can do to repair PS2 problem. I found out by the technician told that the optic is damage/can’t do the reading process anymore. He told me that the way to become the PS2 running again is to change the optic itself using another optic that even not new anymore (from another broken PS2) which is costing around 16 US dollar. Pretty risky to use that one but he told me to change one set of that spare-part will cost me around 50 US dollar. So I decided to use the cheap one (to change optic only). The Console works quiet well for know but I don’t know for how long. I hope it will be ok for a long time.

Using PSP for spending time or in the waiting/queuing time really help to eliminate the “feel bored” situation. We often seen people using that console in the railway station, in the airport, or in other place. Well, maybe it is the main function oh the console. But one think for sure that the hand/portable console is still the serious business to develop for many game developer. So I think we will not feel bored anymore because we can do some game experience where ever the location is.

PS2 still popular in my country.

PS2 still popular in my country. Even the PS3 has been released months ago, but in my country PS2 is the most popular console to buy. From my opinion this happened because the price of PS3 is not suitable enough (too expensive) for many people in my country. And also the economic crisis effects the capability of the consumer to buy something. The mindset of the consumer is ‘first think first’, I mean as long as it is important to buy then they will be the priority.

How about Game Industry during this economic crisis?

How about Game Industry during this economic crisis? For sure there are 2 aspects about this situation:

1. Still have a willingness to buy a new game/console?

2.How about the game developer/distributor, did the crisis effects on company performance to release a new game furthermore exist in the game industry?

It’s necessary to cheat on a game? (Using Cheat)

Well I think it depends on the each person itself.  Game supposed to be fun and when someone find difficulty they usually finding a solution minimal  a game walktrough. But so far that I concern that is the way to complete the game faster and if they find desperation to finish the game, consider that so many game will be new released and people try to play them as soon as possible.  So it’s your decision Guys.

Flash Game for old software and hardwarwe computer system?

I don’t think so, the flash game nowadays maybe for computer generation in late 2002 might work. But the technology of the flash itself seems to get better and better and involving the quality of both CPU and graphics processor. So for those who still owned old pc get ready for saving money to buy brand new PC.

WW II Games

WW II Games

For me, playing World War II theme game (especially FPS game) is the most exciting thing. Moreover i really enjoy World War II Movies (action WWII movie like: Battle of the Bulge, A Bridge too Far, Saving Private Ryan, etc). So it is a great combination to feel the action. Can study the history too and eager to find out more about the War itself.
